The Armstrong McDonald School of Nursing (AMSON) at College of the Ozarks receives the highest pass rate for The National Council Licenses Examination (NCLEX-RN) in Missouri for July 2024.

POINT LOOKOUT, MO. ­– The Armstrong McDonald School of Nursing (AMSON) at College of the Ozarks recently received the highest pass rate for The National Council Licenses Examination (NCLEX-RN) in Missouri for July 2024, with a score of 99.53 out of 100, by RegisteredNursing.org. This is an increase from their previous score in January 2024, which was 98.85.

All registered nursing programs were ranked state-by-state based upon their NCLEX-RN pass exam rate. The NCLEX-RN is a post-graduation exam that tests a graduate’s competency and ensures that the graduate knows how to practice safe nursing care. The nursing news publication analyzed the last five years of data from the NCLEX-RN and averaged them to determine the pass rate for each program. All programs were graded on a 100-point scale.
