Position Title:
Student Office Assistant
Required Schedule Flexibility
(1-5 scale with 5 as most flexible): 4
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Make copies for Layne, Mr. Dolloff and/or the teachers,
Deliver items to teachers and/or students during the school day,
Answer the phone in the office,
Assist parents as they come in the office with needs,
Check in students who arrive late,
Check out students who need to leave early,
Escort students to the health clinic if the need arises,
Daily trip to post office/business office,
Be available to watch the office if Layne needs to step out,
General cleaning of main office, Mr. Dolloff's office, lobby area, staff kitchen and lounge, and water plants,
Tutor students during their study hall period when the need arises.
Secondary duties and responsibilities:
Filing,
Data entry/student file organization,
Other various projects as assigned.
