Job Description:
The Keeter Center operates 364 days a year (closed Christmas Day). A catering server is responsible for meeting or exceeding the guest’s expectations before, during and after each banquet function. Job functions include a friendly relationship with all guests when in contact with them and to listen and respond to guest's special needs and complaints with sincerity. Service responsibilities include set up and placement of tables, table linens, place settings, and centerpieces, serving food and beverages, along with clearing and clean up of all dishware, glasses, silverware and linens and completion of all other banquet related duties.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Assist with set up of banquet and meeting functions with items such as tables, linens, dishware, silverware, glassware, centerpieces etc.,
Serve all food and beverages according to Keeter Center standards,
Properly clear and clean away all dishes, silverware and all other banquet items from banquet area,
Ensure proper handling and storage of all banquet equipment,
Maintain a clean work area,
Complete other banquet and job related duties willingly,
Help prepare for future banquet events,
Maintain a positive attitude.
Secondary duties and responsibilities:
Help in other areas of The Keeter Center if needed,
Maintain cleanliness in all storage areas,
Organize glass racks and banquet props and supplies.

Gain knowledge of all audio visual equipment and lighting and proper set up and the capability to run it,
