Fikadu Zewditu

Fikadu’s journey to the College of the Ozarks is unique. Growing up in Ethiopia, his path to C of O stands as a testament to God’s guidance and the opening of doors of opportunity in his life. Driven by both financial necessity and a deep commitment to his faith, he sought a college where he could earn his degree without debt, all while remaining in a Christ-centered environment.  

“I am here because I could not afford to go to college in the U.S. Colleges are very expensive here. It is hard to find a Christian college with Christian values nowadays… I found that abundantly at C of O.” 

Through the college’s work program, Fikadu has gained valuable skills at The Keeter Center, that will prepare him for the future and give him experiences that set him apart from others.
