The Fall Patriotic Film Festival at College of the Ozarks invites the community to experience the powerful stories of three Veterans that honor the service and sacrifice of our nation’s heroes. The festival runs October 14 – November 11, with multiple opportunities to view each film. Each showing date will highlight a different Veteran’s story, giving guests the chance to engage deeply with their journeys.
Based on the book Vietnam 101, written by President Emeritus Jerry C. Davis, you’ll follow the journey of three Veterans: Captain. John Sorensen, Colonel John Clark, and Sergeant Major Eddie Neas. Hosted at The Keeter Center in the Royal Oak Forum, guests will experience full-length films that highlight resilience, leadership, and sacrifice—stories preserved through the College’s Patriotic Education Program and brought to life for a new generation. Free and open to the public*, the event offers a meaningful way to reflect, remember, and be inspired.
