Dr. James (Jim) Anderson joined the Behavioral Sciences Department in August of 2022. He came to College of the Ozarks with a variety of experiences, including serving eight years in the US Army as a research psychologist stationed at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, the Special Operations Command at MacDill Air Force Base, and one deployment to Afghanistan. In addition, he served as a civilian science and research advisor to the Army Deputy Chief of Staff for just over one year at the Pentagon. Furthermore, he served in higher education as a professor and dean for over 13 years.
