Family Weekend Registration

Online Registration for Family Weekend 2024 is now open!

Family Weekend is October 4-6,2024! We wish to make this a special weekend for our students and their families as they spend time together and see the ins/outs of student life at the College of the Ozarks.

You can enter your family via the registration link. DO NOT INCLUDE your current student in the registration, they will have a different sign-up for this weekend.

What's Included

The Family Weekend wristband includes admittance to Dustin Tavella convocation, ResHalls during Open House, President Johnson's Light the Way presentation, CatChats with staff/faculty, Lady Bobcat Volleyball game, and After Dark & S’mores.

What else needs to be done?

  • We strongly encourage you to book your lodging now. For ideas, check out Explore Branson and/or VISIT MO. Since CofO is close to Branson, hotels, and rentals can fill up quickly! Check out hotels, Airbnb, campsites, etc. for the weekend.  All activities for this weekend take place on Friday at 7:30 pm for Convocation, Saturday beginning at 9:00 am, and wrapping up on Sunday by noon after chapel. Detailed schedule below.

 America's Got Talent winner, Dustin Tavella, is known for his inspirational and heartwarming performances. He has performed all over the world and will be performing on stage to kick off our Family Weekend!

Open House

The perfect time to show off your dorm room, where your classes are, and some of your favorite places on campus. All dorms will be open to allow parents and siblings to check out your amazing home away from home.

9:30-10:00am Jim and Jennifer Freeman will discuss how college resources can support students in discovering their vocation and calling, as well as how parents and students can collaborate and support one another in their growth.

Bobcat Block Party

Join us for a typical game day tailgate party where there will be food and drinks, games, swag, a student mini-market, and more to get you ready to cheer on the Lady Cats! Make sure to bring your lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy lunch outdoors around Lake Honor. ($5.00/person at the door)

This is going to be legendary! Wear your spirit wear and make your way to the track where you can watch the women's and men's Flag Football Championship Games! Giveaways will take place during halftime and between games.

We would LOVE for you to join us for Breakfast for Dinner with the Deans at The Pearl. Our Deans and other Administration will be flipping pancakes with yummy toppings just for you! There will be plenty of breakfast food items to choose from. ($5.00/person at the door).
