FFA Workshop

Dear FFA Advisors:

The College of the Ozarks extends an invitation for your FFA Chapter to attend our annual FFA Workshop on Saturday, March 7th, 2026.

Pre-registration is required. Register here: https://www.judgingcard.com/Registration/Info.aspx?ID=24071

  • Contest registration will open on December 8th, 2025.
  • Registration will close on March 6th, 2026 at 5pm.
  • A $30 registration fee must be paid by March 6th. Any school that has not preregistered will be charged $60 the day of the Workshop.

If weather dictates the cancellation of the workshop, advisors will be notified by 1:00pm Friday, March 6th, 2026. 

We will have three CDE contests scored through JudgingCard.com. These CDE’s are Dairy Cattle, Entomology, and Poultry. Students are responsible for bringing their own scantrons that are compatible with JudgingCard.

  • This year there will be an additional charge of $6/student registered for the three CDE’s above. 

We ask that all schools meet in the Keeter Gymnasium by 8:00am for a Welcome and to be briefed on where students need to go. 

We will be having speaking events again this year. There is limited space in these events and students will be admitted on a first-come-first-serve basis.

**Speaking Workshop Directions**

  1. Only one student per speaking area per school
  2. Students cannot participate in another C of O workshop event
  3. Bring manuscripts to contest
  4. Official dress is recommended

Please remember all tobacco products are not permitted on campus. We ask that you and your students be respectful of this rule. 

We appreciate your chapter’s attendance at the College of the Ozarks FFA Workshop. There will be academic advisors and current students available during the FFA Workshop to discuss the agriculture program. The Agriculture Department offers majors in the areas of Agriculture Business, Agriculture Education, Agriculture Development, Agronomy, Animal Science, Conservation and Wildlife Management, Horticulture, and Animal Science with an optional concentration in Pre-Vet.
