Join us for Doc Good Day

April 29, 2023

Alumni will have the opportunity to give back to their alma mater, through work, as the Alumni Association hosts its annual service day named in honor of Dr. R.M. Good. Dr. Good was the longest-serving president of The School of the Ozarks. He embodied the concept of servant-leadership during his entire tenure, carrying The School through very difficult economic times.

The day begins with a continental breakfast at 8:00 a.m. followed by a 3-hour work period and picnic-style luncheon on campus. Past service projects have ranged from painting fence and planting flowers to helping prepare new residence halls for students and making care packages.

The alumni council invites all alumni to participate in this project. However, you must please pre-register for the event to allow for organization of job assignments and meal preparation. The deadline to register is Monday, April 24.

Please contact the alumni office at 417-690-2208 with any questions.
