SUBJECT: COLLEGE OF THE OZARKS HANDBELL CHOIR WILL PRESENT A CHRISTMAS CONCERT
The College of the Ozarks Handbell Choir will present a Christmas concert Tuesday, Dec. 1, 7p.m. at The Keeter Center in the Royal Oak Forum.
The concert will feature sacred Christmas favorites such as, “Joy to the World,” “Silent Night,” and “We Three Kings.” Favorite traditional Christmas songs such as, “Jingle Bells,” “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer,” and “Jolly Old St. Nicholas” will also be performed. Several selections from the famous Nutcracker Suite will be included in the program. These pieces performed by the bell choir will also feature dancers from the New Premiere Dance Academy. “Word is out that there have been sightings of Elvis rehearsing with the handbells so you may catch a glimpse of him during the concert,” says Marilyn Droke Handbell, Choir Director. “It is also rumored that Santa Claus will make an early stop at the concert to help you get the Christmas season in full gear!”
Please come and be part of a beautiful holiday tradition at College of the Ozarks. The concert is free and open to the public. For more information, call 690-2244.
