Actor/comedian/director David Shultz, will speak on his time in entertainment and will present his latest film “Ragamuffin” at College of the Ozarks on Wednesday, February 12, at 7 p.m., in the Jones Auditorium.

Shultz has been acting, writing and producing for nearly 20 years. He started a Christian traveling comedy/improvisation troupe, called The Color Green that traveled around the country for 10 years. Later on, Shultz trained with the Groundlings, an improvisational and sketch comedy troupe based in Los Angeles, California. He has also appeared in commercials for Honda, a Doritos Super bowl commercial, and a State Farm Commercial with Bobby Knight.

The convocation will present Shultz’s latest film, “Ragamuffin,” a biography about one of his personal heroes Rich Mullins, an American contemporary, Christian music singer and songwriter. Shultz also will share about his experiences in the showbiz world.

Students will be allowed priority seating for the event, but remaining seats will be available to the public free of charge. For more information, please contact Public Relations at 690-2212.
