Former First Lady Laura Bush Visits C of O

Former First Lady Laura Bush spoke at College of the Ozarks and attend private dedication of School of the Ozarks on November 8, 2012.

Former First Lady Laura Bush congratulates Mr. Roy F. Hopper, a former WWII POW and alumnus of The School of the Ozarks.  The College honored Mr. Hopper by naming The Roy F. Hopper Patriots Plaza, which is located at the entrance of the new laboratory high school.

After the dedication ceremony where Mr. Roy F. Hopper and the four Generals of Hard Work U. were recognized, Mrs. Laura Bush greeted each School of the Ozarks student.
